The school was established in 1999 by the founder Blanca E. Lozano, an immigrant from Central America who came to the United States in 1972.
Blanca served the community for over 30 years as a Registered Nurse (RN) for Kaiser Permanente in Panorama City and Granada Hills Community Hospital in San Fernando Valley area. After retiring from both these pretigious hospitals, Blanca opened the school to give other individuals like herself the same opportunity for better lives and careers by training them in one of the most secured occupations in the U.S.

Nursing is one of the largest job occupations in the U.S. Openings for nurses increase in large numbers every year. At Anderson Medical Career College we understand how important the field and the attributes it brings those who choose to join it. We strive on perfection and to hold the distinct honor of knowing that our students leave our campus well prepared and trained for what the field of nursing will bring to their futures.
